Refund policy

We want to to be happy with anything you have bought from our range, however if you are not, then simply let us know within 60 days of delivery and we will refund you.  

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@thenaturalitylab.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues

We take great care to ensure your items reach you in good condition, however, if you receive a damaged item, just return it to us and we will happily refund or replace it.

Please note you will be responsible for returning the products to us at your own cost.

Exchanges

We are happy to replace any item(s) if they are defective or damaged or if you've selected the wrong product at the point of purchase. If you need to exchange your item, send us an email at hello@thenaturalitylab.co.uk and we will arrange it for you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to confirm.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
